Closing Your UPMOVE Account

You can close your UPMOVE account either online or offline.

Online Closure

Resident Indians, NRIs, and minors with access to Kite can close their UPMOVE accounts online through the UPMOVE app by following these steps:

1. Open the UPMOVE app.

1. Tap on My Profile.

1. Select your Client ID.

1. Click on Backoffice Report.

1. Go to Requests and choose Account Closure.

1. Fill in the required details and proceed to submit your request.

Offline Closure

Alternatively, you can close your account offline by emailing the completed account closure form to: grievancecell@upmovefintech.in or helpdesk@upmovefintech.in
