Documents Required to Open a Demat Account Offline

    A. Application Form

  • Complete the equity application form
  • Refer to the signature guidelines for proper signing instructions.
    • B. Photograph

  • A passport-size photograph to affix on the application and sign across it.
    • PAN Card
    • Self-attested copy of your PAN card, with the signature under the applicant's signature.
    1. Address Proof
    • Self-attested copy of one of the following address proof documents:
    • Driving License
    • Voter ID
    • Passport
    • Aadhar card
    1. Bank Proof
    • Proof of a bank account in your name, which can be one of the following:
    • A personalized cancelled cheque with your name printed on it.
    • A copy of your bank statement or passbook with the bank account number, bank logo, seal, MICR, and IFSC code clearly visible.
    1. Income Proof (for F&O Trading)
    • If you wish to trade in Futures and Options (F&O), provide one of the following income proofs:
    • Bank statement for the last six months with an average balance of more than ₹10,000.
    • Latest salary slip with a gross monthly income exceeding ₹15,000.
    • Income Tax Return (ITR) acknowledgement with a gross annual income exceeding ₹1,20,000.
    • Form 16 with a gross annual income exceeding ₹1,20,000.
    • Certificate of net worth greater than ₹10,00,000.
    • Statement of demat holdings with current holdings valued at more than ₹10,000.
