PAN Details
Rejection Reason:
- PAN copy does not have a signature:

- Online: Submit a clear self-attested soft copy of the address proof matching the KYC details by creating a ticket.
- Offline: Courier the hard copy of the KYC (PDF) along with a self-attested matching address proof.
- Address overwritten on forms:
Courier the correctly filled KYC (PDF).
Nominee Details

- Nominee relationship not provided:

- Minor added as a nominee:
