As per Rule 3(6) on Page 107 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, a One-Person Company (OPC) is not permitted to engage in non-banking financial investment activities, including investing in securities. Therefore, in compliance with these regulations, Upmove does not allow OPCs to open an account.
